DR. FRANK CHANIADI, MBA
Managing Director
Dr. Chaniadi is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of KNIGHTSBRIDGE INTEGRATED SOLUTION PTE. LIMITED. Since the formation, Dr. Chaniadi has been responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to its core investment philosophy; communicating closely with clients concerning value-creative projects/portfolios and strategies; and contributing his experience to big-picture decisions relating to investments and corporate direction.
Dr. Chaniadi has 24+ years' diversified experiences of leadership and senior level management positions with P&L responsibilities at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Centrica North America/Energy America LLC/Direct Energy Ltd. (LON: CNA) and Barclays Bank plc (NYSE: BCS). He started his careers with PT. Diners Jaya Indonesia International and SC Johnson & Son Australia Pty. Ltd. He has also seed and venture funded companies in the US' oil & gas and Southeast Asian-based power technologies, energy renewables and infrastructure projects.
Dr. Chaniadi focuses on alternative investment mainly in North America-Asia Pacific cross border energy and infrastructure transaction advisories.
Dr. Chaniadi holds a Doctor in Business Administration (Strategy) from The University of Manchester, England, an MBA (Finance) from Durham University, England, a Bachelor of Commerce (Management Science & Quantitative Methods) from The University of Western Sydney, Australia.
Dr. Chaniadi was born in Indonesia and is bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
MUHAMMAD GAUTAMA, MBA
Senior Manager
Mr. Gautama is Senior Manager with over 13 years of proven success leading teams to sustain profitable growth through sound capital investment in the Indonesian energy sectors.
Prior to working with KIS, Mr. Gautama was Head of IT, Risk Management and Finance at PT. Bank Panin Tbk where he was responsible for leading the enterprise implementation of the IFRS' best practices. In parallel, he has built a strong track record of leading high performing team in forensic accounting and corporate finance practices.
Mr. Gautama currently heads a Fund to invest in Indonesian-based energy and infrastructure transaction advisories.
Mr. Gautama received an MBA (Energy Management) from Bandung Institute of Technology (School of Business Management - SBM-ITB), Bandung, Indonesia and a BSc (Informatics Engineering) from Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Mr. Gautama was born in Indonesia and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
